She has worked in the financial services and insurance industry for over 20 years and has been with Spectrum Financial Group since 2003. Sharon was a founding principal of two firms, DBG&H Unlimited, Inc., a marketing, public relations and advertising firm and Pacor International, a provider of employee benefits services.
A community volunteer, Sharon was a member of the founding board of the Dallas Women’s Foundation and has served on the Advisory Boards of both the Kilby and Dallas Foundations. She has an ecumenical education: her MBA is from Southern Methodist University, her BA is from the University of Dallas, a Catholic liberal arts university and she attended Mary Hardin University, a Baptist university. A Cajun by birth, a Czech by marriage and a professional by conviction, Sharon is wife to Michael, a Raytheon Senior Contracts Manager, and mother of Rachel, 34 and Maryam Alyce, 28.
